Am I the only one who keeps being told by docusign that we cannot call them, they have to call us, but they also have VOIP phones that do not ring to Verizon cell phones and now my work line because of general spam blockers????? This is beyond frustrating when trying to get basic help for a service I pay for. Does anyone else use other electronic service providers with accessible customer service they can recoomend?

Hello @ERTH
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community!
I’m really sorry to hear about the difficulties you’ve been having reaching support. I can definitely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you’re just trying to get help with a service you rely on.
To better understand what’s happening and help point you in the right direction, could you share a bit more detail about your situation?

  • Have you already opened a support case and requested a callback?
  • If so, were you able to see the callback attempts logged in the case?
  • Are both your Verizon mobile and work lines blocking the calls, or has the callback successfully reached you before?
  • Do you know if your phone system or carrier has spam filtering or call screening enabled?

Any additional details you can give will help explain where the issue might be occurring and what the best next step would be. I’d really like to help ensure you’re able to connect with support.
Alternatively, you can open a support case where you can request a callback, and one of our team members will help you with the request: How do I contact Docusign Customer Support?

Sincerely,
