Combine PDFs option stopped working in DocuSign (worked last week, now disabled)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing this issue in DocuSign.

When downloading a signed document, we normally use the “Combine” checkbox to merge the contract with the signing summary (including QES details). This worked perfectly last week on Wednesday.

However, starting today, the Combine option is no longer functioning. The checkbox appears, but the system does not allow combining unless the Certificate of Completion is selected — and in some envelopes, it doesn’t work at all.

No account settings were changed, and this behavior is new.

Has anyone else seen this recently? Is this related to a backend update or a change in how DocuSign handles QES envelopes?
