署名完了時に署名済みPDFと一緒にCertification(署名証明書)を添付して送ることはできませんか? / Could you attach the certification together with the signed PDF when the signing process is completed?

The counterparty’s signer has requested that the certification be combined with the signed PDF and sent as a single file upon completion. I understand that the system allows us to download a merged file of the agreement and the certificate after signing is completed. However, is there a way to have this combined file attached to the completion email from the beginning?


先方の署名者から、署名完了時に証明書を署名済みPDFと統合し、1つのファイルとして送ってほしいと依頼されています。署名完了後に、契約書と証明書を統合したファイルをシステムからダウンロードできることは理解しています。しかし、最初から完了通知メールにその統合ファイルを添付する方法はありますか?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible. 

Currently, Docusign can include the Certificate of Completion together with the signed document when downloading a Combined PDF, if the account setting “Attach certificate of completion to envelope” is enabled by the account administrator.
However, at this time, Docusign does not support sending the signed document and Certificate of Completion as a single combined PDF attachment directly in the completion email. The completion email will send them as separate PDF attachments.
As a workaround, users can manually download the Combined PDF from the completed envelope in Docusign.
