You are not authorized to access the envelope

Question

Hi,I have one new user receiving this error. When I go to the link to resolve the issue here, the instructions are different than what I see in my Salesforce DocuSign app and I am an Administrator.

These steps are described in the guide related to this error are making reference to the DocuSign eSignature Web App, and not the Salesforce integration.
