Problem to sign with a new id document

Hello everyone.
I am trying to sign a very important document, but since I last used docusign, I have a new citizenship and when I tried to use the new id card, it blocked me and I can’t go forward.

Shows this message: 

This identification for this Transaction Number has already been completed and cannot be restarted.

What should be done to solve this problem?
