Question

Hello @Jenn Burkhardt,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns! For SMS Verification, a US number will be used to deliver the SMS regardless of the terminating country, however, for Phone Authentication, a local number for the terminating country will be used. In some cases, Docusign may appear as the sender/number. If you are looking for the exact numbers or formore information, please contact customer support by creating a case and selecting the preferred contact method:https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport For more information on SMS authentication, please view:How Phone Authentication WorksLet us know if you need further assistance with this.Best regards,Nathaly | Docusign Community Moderator"Select as Best" below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue!
