Issues with login

Question

When I try to log in,

It goes into a white screen and gives the following error:

req.getCookie is not a function . Transaction Id: c29aff6d-1b9e-48e4-b497-c5bddb3fd478

I am on a mac, and my browswer is google chrome

Could you confirm whether cookie is enabled for docusign website.https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/What-is-DocuSign-s-Cookie-Policy?language=en_US&rsc_301
