Dear All,

a Manager of our Company asked me, if there is a German Version of the ELECTRONIC RECORD AND SIGNATURE DISCLOSURE available?
Before agreeing to this, he would like to find out more about it in his native language.
Thank you.

Hi @Joel Evenari !

Docusign does not have a German Version for our Legal Disclosure. Actually, we always recommend reaching out to your legal team to complement this text with your local regulations.

If you’re looking for the sample default version, you can access this support article: Sample Default Legal Disclosure
