Question

Should DocuSign work on a Chromebook?  I can sign documents that are emailed to me, but I cannot log into my account.  It says an error has occurred, Make sure your connection is stable and try again.  My connection is definitely stable.

Hi @Cdgrosse,Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.Docusign eSignature should work normally in a Chromebook, this leads me to believe that the root cause of the issue might be specific to your local network or browser. Please try again using a different network and browser, to verify if the issue persists there as well.Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.Best regards,Alejandro R. | Docusign Community ModeratorPlease click "Best Answer" below if you find my reply to be a valid solution to your issue!
