Can envelope waiting for External Signature be reassign by an internal signature to another person?

Hello@JeppesenWelcome to the DocuSign Community!User who creates the envelop and send it for signature to both the internal and external party. He can correct the envelop to change the external party and send it to that person for signature.Thanks!
