How can we connect the company google drive account so that all users in the docusign account can save their files to the google drive?  It seems as though only I can see the google drive integgration?

Are you able to filter out the “Completed Documents” by the Folder name?We could have 18 pages of completed documents and we only move them into a specific folder when the lease associated with the documents is completely processed. It becomes a problem to scroll through 18 pages of documents to locate every document that is not moved to a personal folder and is still in the “sent” folder.

After I add items to my template and send to the client, I have set it up to send me a copy.  Problem is that only the client is getting the full version as I sent it and I am only getting it without the information I have added so I’m basically only able to view the template version of what I sent.  How do I change this?

Hello,I added a “Document Generation” step to my workflow. While testing I can see, that the step is executed without errors. However, when checking workflow activity I see that my output variable for generated configuration is empty although I supply an input variable with exactly the same XML schema and some data in it. DocGen form fields are set as not mandatory - “Require user input” is removed. What else should I check in my workflow? Which XML schema should I apply to the input variable for the “Document Generation” step? Thank you

Hello Everyone,I just wanted to ask if someone here knows the difference between using the Current Date variable in the CLM workflow and using C# code DateTime. Now in the expression builder. Specifically, is there a difference in where it bases its date and time? Thank you!

Hi, I am using CML API REST, and i need search documents by the field “CreatedDate”. In the api reference, there is an example of searching by title (name):https://developers.docusign.com/docs/clm-api/clm101/task-api/

Hi All,Newish to DocuSign and new to the Community! Glad I found it and hope this can be a great resource for our team. The most recent updates to the system include updates to Search and seem to have reduced functionality. Previously, search results included relevant folders, aiding in narrowing down results. Now, folders aren't included. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions to access party folders directly via Search? Thanks!

how to pass some data to the eform using workflow step ‘Full Page fill form’

Hi, I’m new to the CLM tool and I am having trouble with the sizing of our company logo on the generated contract. We are using an embedded image tagger and converted our logo from a png using Base64.The tagger looks like this:<# <Image Select="//Xyz_Logo" Height="1" Width="3" Optional="true"/> #>It pulls in our logo, but the sizing isn’t right. Everything I’ve found so far says the Height and Width have to be in inches and I can only use whole numbers (no decimals). How do I get around this limitation? Ideally, I need the height to be like .4 inches and the width to be like 1.79.

LS wrote: Clients completed a docusign envelope at 1:42pm EST.  The email notification that they completed the document arrived at 10:16pm EST. Also the email notifications that the clients viewed the documents arrived at 10:18pm.     Separately, I recently received duplicate emails of a completed envelope a day or so later.    Is there some sort of issue or glitch occurring with the email notification system? We are still experiencing this.  Yesterday we again received duplicate notifications of completed docusign’s.

I’m running a workflow overview report and wanted to know the logic behind the column 'Expected Completion Date'. How is this field calculated?

Hello everyone!I am generating a document using DocuSign CLM. I have a text box field in the intake form and am using a Rich Text Merge Tag in the Word template to display it.Is there a way to eliminate the extra spaces in the text box field within the document? For example, if the user accidentally inputs unnecessary spaces or paragraphs at the top or bottom of the actual content in the in the text box field. It would be a big help if someone could assist me with this.Thank you!

Is it possible to revert to an older CLM Workflow?

Hello, how do I make my selected company logo visible in an envelope that I want to send?

Is there a way to toggle deadline in external review task for the external party? Currently i just see reminders. It is the waiting on external review step. This is CLM

Hi guys, I’m trying to integrate a hyperlink button to my terms and conditions on my docs when sending to customers/signers.I can’t seem to link it up, I’ve tried using a text box and hyperlinking it, however its not allowing the function or showing the option at all.Any help is much appreciated.Kind regards

I send pdf files and they’re fine, but Excel files get cut off for the viewer/recipient. How do I solve this issue? Thank you.

In DocuSign CLM, we have Tasks Groups set up so everyone in the Task Group can see all of the tasks and receive all of the notifications. Now this is no longer working and everyone in the Task Group can only see their own tasks. Has anyone had an issue similar to this? Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?

We need to prevent users with the CLM Viewer license from accessing the document generation forms. Those forms are accessed thru the Actions Menu.

Hi,Could you please provide more info. on below as these are required for our project on priority.Download all documents at once and put it in one storage point with proper folder structure with specific contract number. Currently limit is set to only 20 contracts. There is no direct spring CM to Spring CM instance transfer. (download and upload option not available). can  migrating all contracts to a new Docusign (SpringCM) instance. Creating Approval groups without lot of manual activities. Filtering Contracts rather than going at account level (account by account). Also, display limit is only 1000 contracts. Is there a way to increase the number. Thanks for the help.Best RegardsPB

Hi I have a doc gen form which goes out for signature in eSign - at this point an additional document (contract) will also be added to the envelope for signature as well.   Once the doc gen form and contract have been signed is there a way to combine these documents in a workflow.  At the moment they are in the destination folder as 2 seperate documents.   I know the PDF can be merged manually but I want it to be automatic in the workflow after signature if possible. I have been trying to use the combine doc step I saw on a previous post but am not getting much luck with it.  thanks Shelley

I am creating a CLM application but when i use the document in a workflow it comes up as a contract.  I want to be able to edit fields that had dropdowns before the form was generated during a signature process.  How do i do that?

Is it possible to allow users (with CLM Viewer permission) to only access documents from their own sector? For example, I’ve set a user persona as Finance. Therefore I want this user to view documents only if their sector attribute is Finance. I’ll take suggestions 😁

When I am submitting my forms into DocuSign, they are not being uploaded. I am getting an unauthorized message and it doesn’t matter whether I submit them from my PDF Expert or from my mail. I am not able to upload anything into DocuSign. Have tried logging out of DocuSign and logging back in, and that has not helped

Does anyone have a good best practice on when to use Docusign CLM approvals vs Salesforce approvals? Pros and Cons of each. Thanks.
