Did you know that when sending an envelope, you can add an extra layer of security to further ensure the envelope reaches its intended recipient?

You can do this by adding access codes when creating your envelope. The following video will show you how to get this done.

Hi, we use this feature for our receivers, but we had 2 cases where the receiver is receiving the access code email, but its blank. They tried downloading the image, its still blank. Any idea why...thank you

To clear the cache and cookies in your browser, follow the instructions based on your specific browser:

Desktop browsers:

Chrome:
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data".
Choose the time range and select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click on "Clear data."

Firefox:
Click on the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "Options" and select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Clear Data".
Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content".
Click on "Clear".
