How to Trigger Conditional Fields with Group Values

Conditional Fields are limited to one single trigger field, meaning you modify one field and we can make another appear/disappear. 

However, what if we want a field to appear/disappear if multiple checkboxes are checked within the same group? 

We have a solution!
