- Human Steps - Require human intervention in a workflow.
- Engine Steps - Allow you to construct your workflow’s logical flow and decision tree.
- Integration Steps - Allow you to leverage an integration within your workflow.
- Scheduling and Communication Steps - Allow you to schedule and send communications from your workflow.
Don’t have time to build a whole workflow from scratch? Check out one of our pre-built workflow templates. You can edit and build on these workflow templates, they are not set in stone! Workflows can even be connected to one another through the “Workflow” workflow step.
