URL link with the DocuSign agreement

Sometimes our reps want to follow up with a URL link with the DocuSign agreement to encourage the customer to sign. Is there any way our reps can easily access a URL for their sent documents within Salesforce?

Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no information in the guides that states that this is possible to do, however, you can create a case with DocuSign Support, and a Salesforce Specialized agent will review this and provide you with a resolution.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

To clarify, are you referring to a link to open an envelope with the information from Salesforce, like in powerform? or a link to access the Salesforce information?

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
