Solved

signed docusign documents no longer generating folder and saving to it in sharepoint

Hi,

this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so.

When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there.

This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint?

Any ideas?

Hi @Craig, @pnthrzrule, and @aamirnawazInsightCoE,

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.

I am sorry to hear that your completed documents are not being stored in a custom Sharepoint folder as expected, but I will assist you in correcting the issue.

Has an administrator confirmed if the “Store in a dedicated folder in the originating document library” option was selected in the DocuSign for Sharepoint Online integration’s settings?

You can find more details on how to work with this option, here:

Docusign for SharePoint Online Account Settings

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Thank you for using Docusign, we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Best regards,

I am having the same issue, recently installed DocuSign for SharePoint (version 4.0.3) and granted consent + managed settings for DocuSign.

But when requesting signatures, I do get the signed document per e-mail and available to download from the DocuSign portal.

But it does not create a Dedicated DocuSign folder in the SharePoint library.
