For instance, a new user might start with 4 free envelopes for trial purposes, after which they could purchase additional envelopes as required, rather than being tied to a recurring monthly subscription.

This model could be especially valuable for startups and small businesses in emerging markets, who may not have consistent usage levels but still wish to leverage your excellent platform. A flexible purchase option could help broaden adoption and prevent potential users from being discouraged by rigid subscription models.

In addition, I would like to highlight an area of potential improvement: application performance. The app sometimes experiences lag and even stops functioning when internet speeds are below 20Mbps. Optimizing performance for lower bandwidth environments could significantly improve user experience, especially in regions with less stable internet connectivity.
