When you have a system glitch, outage, or dysfunction of any kind, create an alert that would go out universally to admins

Be proactive in alerting customers (at least account administrators) that Docusign is glitching and that people may experience problems. This way, we don’t spend time unnecessarily trying to research what is happening and can be prepared with a Plan B, again, without having to waste time wondering what is going on.
