Hi,
This is actually an idea from my manager when our client are using DocuSign and ITSME to sign documents and confirm that the signature are done by the right person. This is a copy/paste from his email:
If I may add, can you consider a kind of automatic redirect once validation has been done in itsme app.
In other words, once the signee wants to use his/ her mobile device, he/she needs to come back to his/her internet browser session to allow the retrieval of the signing certificate (provided by itsme).
The signing step (on the device where itsme app is installed) are therefore the following :
- Open the email invitation to sign the document – email application
CTA to be redirect on internet DocuSign browsing session
- Review and sign the document digitally – internet browser (Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.)
Invitation message to open the itsme app to certify the identity
- Confirm the signature in the itsme® application
- Return to the DocuSign session opened in the internet browser on the device
Our wish is to avoid the 4th step which is not really intuitive for the signee.
Best regards,
Back to Docusign.com
