Hi recently we went into a project to concentrate 2 Accounts into 1, to simplify the management of Docusign accounts (systems), suscriptions and users belonging o our company. After starting the project we started to create users in the new system and moving the sent envelopes from one Account to the same user (email) in the new account. We did it user by user moving their Sent envelopes.
Then we realized that the tracing and history of the signed documents is lost when my account is moved to the new acount. I still can see my sent envelopes in the new account and I can still seee them in reports, but the people that signed them in the previous account (SIGNERS), in the new account they just can’t see them any more, not even in reports.
Since Envelopes are unique, they don’t disappear, It would be consider a natural behaviour if after loging in into any account, I could still see all the envelopes where I had participated, independently if they are sent or signed envelopes.
