Template Search by Email Should Include Routing Recipients

(This is technically a bug that needs to be fixed, but we all know how fun and effective the support case system is.)

When searching All Templates using Advanced Search: Recipients Name and Email, the search will not look inside of routing groups for matches. Adding this expected functionality could improve Docusign.
