Template creation

Hi there. I need to create a few Templates for multiple users and it seems a few issues.

1. Dropdown menu is not available from pre-field. Instead, its available for user. Arrow, to select from dropdowns, works with delay. I clicked about 10 times before its offered me a list to chose from.
2. Text from prefield is not fixed and user can move it around page, why?
3. Another Template will require to insert little screenshot (as from Sniping Tool). Not able to Paste and Add attachment is not situatable for this form (should be on one page with the data).
4. Drawing is not available in porefield as well if use for screenshot as well. 
5. and the last, creating Envelope - Use Template and Upload supportive documents. If user uploads email from Outlook, it looses some of its formatting as logo and some text converts to basic. Hard to read. (Cases 15360039 & 15529089)
