Support Bulk Import of Signing Groups

We have a common use case where we need to send out bulk envelope campaigns.  We create a template and bind that to a set of email recipients.  In many of our campaigns we have a mixture of individual signers and group signers.  For the group signers we only need one of the recipients to sign.  After one signature, the envelope is completed and other signers need not sign.

We are looking for the capability to bulk import signing groups; currently, we can only create the signing groups manually.  Also, we are asking support for the case where if one person in a signing group signs the envelope then the envelope is complete.
