I would like some assistance in turning on notifications for stripe payment failures and envelope delivery failures. As of today, Docusign is unable to notify our internal team and we do not receive notifications when an envelope has a "payment failure” nor when the envelope has a “delivery failure”. Additionally, an enhancement to have recipient delivery failure status sent back through the API to salesforce would be extremely efficient and helpful. Our team would then be able to flag and process our transactions more efficiently.
