On september 2024, on behalf of Afore XXI Banorte, S.A. de C.V., we got enrolled in Docusign, looking for a safe and legally binding electronic signature. For that purpose, within the pack offered by Docusign, we got the ID verification with facial recognition as well as the implementation of the e.firma (an advanced electronic signature provided by the mexican Tax authority) on the Docusign envelopes, nevertheless, the request for the signatories to verify their identities and add their e.firma certificate every time they would open a Docusign envelope, has raised some issues. Therefore, we kindly request the development of a mechanism in the application that securely stores the verified identity of users as well as the e.firma certificates, with a single register. This way, in future instances, users will be able to authenticate using a password provided by the application administrator and sign electronically without having to repeat the entire validation process every single time.

This will not only optimize te users' time but also enhance the system's experience and efficiency without compromising security.

We trust that with a suitable solution in place, we will be able to continue relying on DocuSign as our preferred electronic signature platform.

Thanks for sharing this idea with us, @Mcatalan. We’ve reviewed it and appreciate the thought behind it. At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked. While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.
Thanks again for contributing your input.
