Description:
When initiating the signature process from Salesforce using the DocuSign App Launcher, the Upload option for adding documents does not allow selection of multiple files at once.
In the standard DocuSign UI, users can normally select multiple documents by holding Ctrl while choosing files. However, when accessing DocuSign through the Salesforce interface, this functionality is not working
Current behavior:
Only one document can be selected/uploaded at a time through the Salesforce–DocuSign interface.
Expected behavior:
Users should be able to select and upload multiple documents in one action, similar to the regular DocuSign UI.
Business impact:
This increases manual effort and time, especially when multiple supporting documents need to be added to a single signature request.
Requested enhancement:
Enable multi-file selection in the upload window when initiating a DocuSign signature process from Salesforce.
