Report or filter available to track the processing of agreements with AI

In Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) for completed agreements, there is a purple star sparkle emoji that shows to the left of all agreements and the inside on the star is white while the agreement is being processed with AI and turns to full purple once complete. It would be helpful to have a filter or report to show which agreements or documents that are in processing of being processed by AI.
