Remove Auto-Population of Personal Home Address in Certificate of Completion Document

I noticed the other day that my personal home address was showing automatically in the Certificate of Completion document (which shows all the completed signatures). It is up in the righthand corner under Originator.  I never asked for this or knew about it.  I called DocuSign.  After the service rep talked to a supervisor, they concluded that this is automatic and I can’t change it.  The only workaround was that I put in a different address in the Billing Address (something I am okay with tons of people seeing on that Certificate of Completion).  Then, when time for me to purchase more envelopes...I have to put my real billing address in at that time...buy them...then change it again to a “safe different” address.

I feel like this is a huge privacy issue.  I send these certificates of completion out to a lot of different people for my job.  I don’t want all of those people knowing where I live. 

DocuSign...I feel like you CAN find a way to prevent the billing address from automatically showing up on the Certificate of Completion page in the top right under Originator.  Please see why this is not a good business practice the way it is currently.
