While working over the phone we use DocuSign a lot, and it is a very helpful tool, one thing I have noticed is that older folks are wanting to use DocuSign’s features but often get stuck trying to navigate within the documents. They end up frustrated and anxious that their documents were not completed correctly. I think a feature that would be great would be some type of remote feature that allows you to view the documents together and help even from far away. Not everybody has someone to help them navigate new technology or apps. Working in a call center it would really cut down on time whenever assisting with DocuSign if we were able to remotely maneuver the documents and see what they are seeing in real time.
