Provide option to opt-out of Docusign promotional emails for an entire account

I would like an admin, account-wide, setting that allows me to turn off all promotional emails from Docusign for users in my account.  The emails are distracting and not part of a process or work item, so it brings a lot of confusion for our envelope signers.  This has received negative feedback from our users and sours the entire Docusign experience.

Currently, each user has to ‘Manage Preferences’ on the promotional emails.
