Please go back to the Docusign prior to the last update. It’s no longer user friendly. It took me forever to send a contract out this evening.

This is a horrible update. Everything is so much slower. The hitboxes on the corner of the signature and initial fields are so difficult to grab now. After I place a signature I now have to click away to unselect the signature in order to then place a date. Even copying and pasting signatures is worse. Everything loads slower. Just a downgrade in every sense. This update has caused me to take twice as long doing envelopes. Revert to the old one or give us a toggle to.

The new DocuSign update is slow, unresponsive, tedious and I’m planning on canceling my account if it is not resolved by 2/1/26. Please revert to the previous version of DocuSign. Thanks!
