Overwrite existing users’ personal notification preferences

Under the current Docusign architecture, individual email preferences—such as opting out of specific email notifications—are managed directly by each individual user within their personal account settings under My Preferences. CX would like an enhancement to overwrite existing users’ personal notification preferences or prevent them from editing these settings.
