Today, I was asked if we could include a manager on reminders from the third reminder going forward. In this case, we have a small team that actions an envelope and sometimes they take too long to action it. We have daily reminders set so their manager wants to be copied on the reminder on day 3 if they haven’t actioned the envelope yet.
I think there are other use cases where this could be helpful to alert users about signing delays without them having to constantly check in DocuSign to see the status of things.
