Our users have multiple email aliases.  We would like signing requests from all of their email aliases to map to their one user account in Docusign.  They do not want to have to select from multiple accounts at login but they want to be able to sign with any alias.

Thanks for sharing this idea with us, @kromary. We’ve reviewed it and appreciate the thought behind it.

At this time, we’re not planning to pursue this request, so we’ve marked it as parked.

While it’s not on our current roadmap, ideas like yours help inform future direction if priorities change.

Thanks again for contributing your input.

Sincerely,

Melanie | Docusign Community Moderator

For those of us using the 21 CFR Part 11 Life Sciences module, this is a serious, disruptive issue that Docusign ignores at its own peril. The module forces signers to authenticate before they sign. We have SSO enabled, and SSO only returns a person’s unique identifier email address. If the envelope is sent to a signer’s alias email, they cannot sign the envelope until it’s corrected. Box allows you to link multiple email addresses to the same account. Docusign really needs to follow suit. Please take this idea out of park and put it into drive!

I truly hope that this idea is re-considered by the DocuSign team. It is crucial to the way we work at Georgetown University institution.

Thank you for considering.
