Agreement Manager is intended to serve as the central location for storing and managing executed agreements and is consistently promoted under this name. The current user interface doesn´t clearly communicate this purpose. Users may not immediately recognize where the Agreement Manager functionality can be accessed, as finalized agreements are located under Completed Documents. This label suggests a document status rather than the dedicated Agreement Manager experience, making it less intuitive for users to identify where executed agreements are centrally stored and managed.
