The PDF Form Data is traceable to the EnvelopeID and identifies fields and values associated with the document.
The .csv export is also traceable to the EnvelopeID but also includes the recipient's name and email associated with the fields and values (Attribution) and the Recipient Signed date and time the fields are populated with a value (Contemporaneous and Original).
This is requested so it can support the validation of the Part 11 module for Regulatory Agency Quality GxP-related regulations.
