Include the sender on Agreement Desk message threads

When a user sends a message from an Agreement Desk request, the sender is not included on the email thread. Recipients and CC’d people receive it, but when they reply or reply-all, the reply goes to the request and not to the sender’s inbox. The sender only sees replies in the Activity Feed and can’t reply to the email thread directly.

Request: Add the sender to the thread automatically (or offer a toggle such as “Copy me on messages”) so replies and reply-alls reach their inbox as well as the request.
