I send a lot of the same templates with the same subject line but to different people. When someone views the file, I get an email “Jane Smith has viewed [FILE NAME]” but then when the signing is complete, I get an email “Your document has been completed” and then the file name.
PLEASE make this confirmation email say “Jane Smith has completed [FILE NAME]” or even just “Your document has been completed” followed by a list of signers.
This would save me a lot of time because I could check them off my list and log in to download the file later without having to log in every single time I get a completed email to see who it was that finished.
