Improving SMS Sender Identification in DocuSign Signing Process

During the advanced EU signature process, many users—including directors and other executive-level personnel—receive SMS messages that do not clearly identify DocuSign as the sender.

This lack of recognizable sender information creates confusion and frustration, as there is no clear branding or header linking the message to DocuSign.

To address this issue, all SMS messages sent during the signing process should include explicit DocuSign identification, ensuring recipients can immediately recognize the source.
