Improvement to Shared Access

We have come over from the ‘dark side’ of another well known E signature program. Two of us were able to be logged into the same account at the same time, and thus all our envelopes were sent and returned to ONE PLACE. It was a beautiful single stream of communication.

We find Shared Access very choppy and clunky, always having to look up who sent what envelope so one of us can make a change.

It would be nice to have the option of being able to share the same account, or all sending and receiving of envelopes to collect in one spot.

  • Are you asking about enabling multiple users to log into the same account simultaneously?
  • Or are you envisioning a setup where all envelopes, no matter who sends or receives them, are consolidated in one shared space for easier access and tracking?
