Improve error message for DS EU Advanced access code character limit

Description:

When a DS EU Advanced recipient has an access code longer than 12 characters, the transaction fails with this error message:

"The signature provider option value is not valid. Signature provider option: onetimepassword value is not valid."

Problem:

1. This error message is unclear and does not tell the user what actually went wrong. It does not mention that the access code exceeds the 12-character limit.

Suggested improvements:

1. Make the error message specific – for example: "Access code for DS EU Advanced recipient exceeds the maximum of 12 characters. Please shorten the access code and try again."

This change would save customers time, reduce support tickets, and improve the overall user experience.
This is raised based on the ticket - 17618536, as was suggested by the DS support as only way to improve the error message.
