IDNow verification issues - no other individual is trying to sign document/has document open but cannot execute.

Having signing orders is not an option for us - there needs to be a resolution to this limitation of the system.

Facts on one occasion:

Director tried to access the envelope and authenticate. However, they failed the authentication due to a poor internet connection, and before they resolved the issue, another signer tried to authenticate

Due to the limitation, the envelope has been broken. This means that the signer will no longer be able to authenticate using an IDnow QES.

There are already recipients who have signed the envelope. However, if all the signers required to sign with the IDnow QES in the envelope, the envelope needs to be voided and recreated.

This causes huge delays and is really frustrating for our board of directors.

@Shauna, we’re thrilled to share that this idea has been delivered!

Envelope setup is now simpler; senders no longer need to configure a signing order when adding recipients with the IDnow EU Qualified signature type.

We’d love to hear what you think!
