Idea: Complete the Document Template development!

When exiting with Discard rather than Save as Draft, the system still saves a draft, which must be manually deleted.

Currently struggling with conditional fields, where the system quite simply refuses to do the expected change. Most fields work correctly, but the same two groups of radio buttons keep ignoring the setup (another group for radio buttons work fine). Frustrating.

Solution was to delete the radio buttons and replace them. But first the template ended up in a state where the system “could not update the envelope template” nor could it be used to create new envelopes. So I had to restore a previous version. It’s good there is a solution, but it is not good enough that a paying user has to go through such issues.

Form broke again. Downloading it, deleting it, uploading it does not solve the issue.

Eventually managed to solve it by deleting conditional rules, the related field, and the radio button group.
 

• In the list of Document Templates, the ‘Last Updated’ datetime format is US English, ignoring the user setting.
• The ‘Last Updated By’ often does not update and states the creator. This seems to be a display, a cache issue, or a mapping issue as filtering on the person gives the correct result.
• Sometimes the scrollbar does not load and the page must be refreshed.

Sometimes Save and Publish fails. User must then close the template, open the draft, and can then save.

Would be nice if one could re-size the columns in the Document Template overview to see the full filename when it exceeds the pre-defined column width.

Issues often occur when a template has been saved with fields assigned to one role and are then modified with fields assigned to someone else. Possibly linked to conditional fields not behaving correctly, and seems to be often linked to radio buttons.
