It seem you cannot get the template ID or envelope in Power Automate. This makes it impossible to do advanced filtering based on template in Power Automate. I recommend having template ID + name passed in the Power Automate DocuSign connector.

I’m sorry, I still don’t see a way to get the template name(s) from a completed envelope in Power Automate either in Prod or Demo (Beta) actions, including List of Envelopes. Am I missing something? Thank you.

I hope you are doing well.
There seems to be an easier way to do this now. Connect now supports Template data.
Turn it on in the Connect configuration so when creating a flow and each envelope event will come with template information.
