Please allow for fixed width dropdown menus that allow for text wrapping to ensure proper fitment on a form.

do you mean this? like fix width for option 2, and option3/option4 can text wrapping? I think it is a good idea.

Yep, exactly. I have a table set so there is some vertical space to make a selection fit within the cell
