Feature Request: Auto-Center Text Within Recipient Fields
I would like to request the ability to automatically center-align text entered by recipients within text, name, and checkbox-related fields.
Currently, while fields themselves can be aligned on the document canvas, the actual user-entered content inside the fields is always left-aligned. This creates formatting inconsistencies when recipient names, initials, addresses, or other variable-length entries differ in size and character count.
A field-level setting such as:
- Horizontal text alignment: Left / Center / Right
- Vertical alignment options
- Auto-center within field boundaries
would significantly improve document presentation and professionalism, especially for:
- Official forms
- Agreements
- Certificates
- Applications
- Signature packets with structured layouts
This would be particularly valuable for users creating highly formatted templates where visual symmetry matters and recipient-entered content varies from signer to signer.
Ideally, this could function similarly to text alignment settings in standard document editors, while dynamically adapting to different text lengths entered by recipients.
This enhancement would greatly improve formatting consistency and reduce the need for manual field resizing and positioning workarounds.
