It would be great if the Envelope Custody Transfer function could be enhanced to improve processing speed. At the moment, many envelopes take several hours to transfer, and in some cases, those initiated in the morning are not completed until the following day.
In addition, it would be very helpful if there were options to:
- Cancel a transfer if the processing time becomes excessively long; and
- Set priorities when multiple envelopes are being transferred simultaneously, so that more urgent transfers can be completed first.
These improvements would significantly enhance the efficiency of transferring these envelopes and ensure that user’s transfers are completed as soon as possible.
