we have only two custom envelope tags that do not share commonalities for usage - one is for member facing data and one is used for internal data. They are both envelope fields, required, and show. What I would like is to have the option to disable these at the template level as only one would be needed with the other having a static “N/A” at all times.
Example - if a user is requesting travel, they would need the “Traveler name” fields but not the “member number” field - I would want to be able to prevent the “member number” envelope custom field from even being on the template.
I have been advised that this not currently an option but to make the enhancement request.
