Enable bulk loads to enable multiple updates to users without going indiviually

Currently looks like we are not able to do data loads to close multiple users within CLM. We just finished our conversion and I was informed that we have to go individually to well over 150+ user accounts to close them.

Right now this setup is for a small company and not enterprise wide  and would benefit us with our time and resources.
