Document Viewer: Default Details side-panel to collapsed

The Details panel auto-expands on the left side of the viewer every time a document is opened. Users have to dismiss it on every open. SpringCM did not auto-expand this panel. Request: default the Details panel to collapsed; let users open it via the Details icon when needed. Configurable at tenant or user level would be ideal.
